Can I cancel or Reschedule?

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hrs in advance to avoid additional charges.

If less than 24hrs notice is given, a late cancellation fee of 25% of the original scheduled service will need to be paid in order to get back on the schedule.

Any “No Show” will result in a fee of 100% of the no showed services. This must be paid in order to get back on the schedule.

What if I am running late?

Arriving late will cut into your appointment and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.

Adjustments

If any adjustments need to be made to your color, cut or IBE® after you service, please reach out ASAP. All adjustments need to be completed within 7 days from the original service.

Retail Purchases

If you are unhappy with a product you purchased in studio, an exchange can be made within 30 days from the original purchase.

Hair Extensions

Due to federal regulations, all hair extensions purchased cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All hair extension purchases are final sale.
